If these solar panels catch on it would make a pretty big difference in the air quality of the more southern States. I bet the utilities would pitch a fit! They talk about conservation but when our Utilities asked us to conserve, we did and did so well that they started crying about reduced revenue. Ultimately the rates were raised to compensate.
