Apple is now placing an NDA on even its rejection notices! You would think that someone at Apple has been watching a little too much Fight Club with the way they're behaving. You can't talk about the development kit, you can't talk about getting rejected. Pretty soon it's going to become a matter of you can't even confirm or deny that you're even an owner of an iPhone who knows Objective-C.

Someone needs to get an Android-based phone, like the G1, running on CDMA networks so us Verizon users can have a powerful, open phone.
