First, Obama sends back the bust of Churchill that was given to Bush by Tony Blair. Then, he sends Brown a DVD set that won't work because of region code issues. Then, to top all of that off, the best he can do for coming up with a gift for the queen is an engraved iPod. Had he known that this is what would have been tolerated of Obama, Bush should have held a summit or something like that at a NASCAR event.

Obama is just low-rent. All we need is a salvage yard on the White House lawn run by Redd Foxx and the ghettoization of American politics will be complete.

It is amazing. I can only chalk it up to pure arrogance. The state Dept has a full staff of people who do nothing but put together nation-to-nation gifts for diplomatic purposes. Most of the people on Obama's coattails are former Clinton cronies, they would have to know about that. HILLERY WOULD HAVE HAD TO KNOW.
Of course she knew. She's probably slamming her head into the wall of her office daily that she took a position with this failure of a president instead of staying in the Senate. She probably allowed this to happen out of vindictiveness.

Still, it is embarassing to have those who don't believe in decorum--lefties--as too restricting or whatever, to keep committing gaffes such as this.
