It's downright sobering to me that after 2 weeks of nearly shutting down my blog, the number of hits I get per day has remained basically unaffected. Most of them are Google hits, and always have been, but still.

Force of habit keeps bringing me by...
I get the same experience when I have one of my extended breaks from blogging.It's weird when you don't post for awhile and then notice a huge spike in traffic. I had that happen a couple of times. People see something in the news and google will take it to some 2 year old post from DBS.
