Comment Policy and General Spam Policy

Here are the rules for commenting:

  1. Post whatever you want that is on topic or a message to me.
  2. You can use profanity, but please keep it down and use it only to accentuate a point if possible.
  3. I do not claim to agree with or disagree with any link that a commenter posts on my blog. They clearly agree or disagree with it. Since there is no transitive property of humanity, you cannot logically assume that I agree with it. Very little offends me, therefore I generally let people say whatever they want without even criticism.
  4. I reserve the right to viciously mock you if you behave like an idiot toward me or one of my regular readers. Rarely will I use this right, but I reserve it. If you violate rule #3, this rule will probably go into effect.
  5. At some point, I will see your comment. Do not post anything that will get me in legal trouble or attracted unwanted legal attention because I will delete it. And remember, when you post something on my blog, the blog software records all of the information that I would need to send to the police to cover my ass thanks to your criminal activity on my blog.
  6. My wife comments here from time-to-time. You are free to disagree with her because she is a grown woman and can handle herself in a debate/argument. This does not, however, extend to personal insults and things of that nature. I don't pretend that this is an absolute free speech zone. I won't even force you to go away, but I will delete your comments on any post where she is posting if you break these rules until you apologize and promise to stop behaving like that toward her.
