DMCA Policy

This blog aims to be in compliance with all reasonable copyright statutes, and to take reasonable measures to respect the wishes of copyright holders. If you are a copyright holder, or the official legal representative of one, and feel that my use of a copyrighted work is not fair use, but rather copyright infringement, contact me. I will work something out with you. However, if you issue a DMCA takedown notice please be advised that if I have any suspicions about the nature of the notice, I will investigate it.

Should I find that the notice was issued in a way that is not in compliance with the DMCA, I reserve the right to retain legal counsel and or foward your notice to the appropriate law enforcement authorities for prosecution as a case of federal felony perjury. Should that fail, I reserve the right to regard none of our correspondences as private and to publish such shenanigans for the entire world so as to make it clear to the public what sort of character you have.
