This style was originally created for WordPress by SEM Labs. It's a two column style for the Professional Website template set, and it requires two minor changes to the Professional Website template to work. The first is that you must open the blog index, and change the top line to read:

Then, change the Header template module by moving the main-navigation <div> to the position shown here:
